Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Used Specialized Garbage Collection Vehicle For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Slivo Pole

The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery Of 1 (One) Used Specialized Garbage Collection Vehicle For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Slivo Pole, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of The Employers Employees. Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Inconsistencies Of The Garbage Collection Vehicle, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of Consumables Related To The Current Service Of The Garbage Collection Vehicle During The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order. According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements That Ensure That The Vehicle That Is Delivered Or Used In The Provision Of Supplies Meets The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Applies The Requirements To The Clean Vehicles By Indicating In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Prepares This Documentation In Accordance With Resolution No. 356 Of 29.12.2023 Of The Council Of Ministers, In Which The Share Of Clean Vehicles Compared To The Total Number Of Vehicles Subject To Delivery For The Municipality Of Slivo Pole Is Specified. The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Are Determined By An Ordinance Of The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Which Specifies The Requirements For Clean Vehicles - Order No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles.
