The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Replacement Of Boilers And Accompanying Drainage Works In The Boiler Room. The Activities Subject To The Order Are According To The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation And Include The Implementation Of The Following Main Parts: Part I – Replacement Of Boilers; Part Ii–Drainage Activities. Requirements For Carrying Out The Activities: The Activities Are Carried Out In An Active School. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Employer A Schedule For The Implementation Of The Activities, So As Not To Hinder The Educational Process And Ensure The Safety Of Students, Staff And Visitors. The Construction Site (Boiler Room And Adjacent Areas) Should Be Secured And Signaled; The Contractor Uses Only Factory-New Materials, Products And Equipment, Accompanied By Declarations Of Conformity/Operational Indicators According To Тпип And The Applicable Regulations, And Upon Request Presents To The Contracting Authority The Relevant Certificates, Technical Approvals
