The Following Activities Are Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement: 1. Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Electric Car, As Well As Providing Warranty Service Throughout The Warranty Period. The Cars Warranty Service Covers The Performance Of Scheduled Technical Inspections And Servicing Provided By The Manufacturer, As Well As The Provision Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Necessary To Maintain The Equipment In Working Order. The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For Any Inconsistencies, Defects And/Or Damages That Occur Within The Warranty Period. The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Order, As Well As The Requirements Regarding The Type, Technical And Functional Characteristics Of The Car, Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
