The Bidder Who As A Whole Offers The Most Convenient Alternative For The Interests Of The Hospital Will Be Awarded. The Number Of Cardiac Surgeries And Pericardiotomies Indicated In The Box Will Be Referential, Calculated So That They Are Performed In A Period Of 24 Months Depending On The Hospitals Requirements, As Long As It Does Not Exceed The Allocated Budget.
