Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of an Ambulance for Provincial Ayurveda Hospital - Pallekele, Central Provincial Council. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the address below from 2026.08.03 until 2026.08.17 from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash deposits to the Commissioner of Ayurveda, Central Province. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security (Rs. 350,000.00 & valid up to 2026.12.15) issued by a local/ foreign commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, which is operating in Sri Lanka. Also, can be paid in cash to the Commissioner of Ayurveda, Central Province.
