The Procurement Services Of The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Later Pohde) Group Services Requests Your Offer For The Cartridge Printers Of The Pathology Laboratory For The Identification Markings Of The Tissue Cassettes In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Contract Period For Cartridge Printers Is Valid For Four Years. The Contract Period For Accessories, Spare Parts And Consumables Is Limited To Four Years, And After That The Contract Continues Indefinitely. The Procurement Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tender Are Estimated Consumption Quantities Calculated For A Period Of 48 Months And They Are Notified To Bidders Only To Support The Making Of The Offer. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Unit, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower. During The Contract Period, The Welfare Area Allocates Funds For Equipment Purchases According To This Call For Tenders Each Year Separately. Procurements Are Carried Out Each Year Within The Framework Of The Allocations. If The Allocation Is Not Granted At All For A Certain Year, No Equipment Purchases Will Be Made In Accordance With The Procurement Decision In That Year.
