Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement Regarding The Delivery Of Precipitants For The Düsseldorf Sewage Treatment Plants 2027-2030

The Services Described Below Involve The Delivery Of Iron (Iii) Salt Solution (Lot 1), Sodium Aluminate Solution (Lot 2) And Aluminum Sulfate In Solid Form (Lot 3) For Wastewater And Sludge Treatment At The Two Sewage Treatment Plants Of The Düsseldorf City Drainage Company, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client (Ag). The Place Of Performance Is The Respective Sewage Treatment Plant (Ka). The Transport Risk Is Borne Solely By The Contractor (Contractor). The Total Scope Of The Service Is Divided Into Three Lots. The Required Quantities Stated In The Lots Are Estimates That Are Based On Consumption In Recent Years And Are Expected To Be Required Over The Course Of One Year. Exceeding Or Undershooting These Quantities Is Possible And Does Not Entitle You To Price Changes During The Contract Term. The Delivery Period Is One Year And Begins On January 1St, 2027. The List Of Services Also Includes An Option For An Annual Extension Up To A Maximum Of December 31, 2030.
