Schwarzwald Tourismus Gmbh (Hereinafter: Stg) Is The Central Destination Management And Marketing Organization For The Black Forest Tourism Brand. In Close Collaboration With Regional Partners, Service Providers And Institutions, She Is Responsible For The Strategic Development, Marketing And Profiling Of The Destination. The Year-Round Marketing Campaign In The Kuck Kuck Universe Has Been The Central Communicative Umbrella Of Stgs Marketing Activities For Several Years. The Focus Is On The Established Brand Figure Schwarzwald Marie, Who, As An Identity-Creating Element, Enables An Emotional Appeal To The Target Groups And Contributes Significantly To The Profile And Recognition Of The Brand. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Awarding Of Agency Services For Stgs Year-Round Marketing Campaign. The Selected Agency Assumes Overall Strategic, Creative And Operational Responsibility For The Conception, Further Development And Implementation Of The Year-Round Campaign According To The Stg Specifications. Stg Has A Budget Of At Least Eur 150,000 Net Available For The Year-Round Campaign For 2027. There May Also Be Additional Budgets From Partners. The Contract Is Concluded When The Contract Is Awarded. The Services For The Annual Campaign Must Be Provided Immediately After The Order Is Placed In Accordance With The Contractual Requirements From January 2027. Services Are Expected To Begin On January 1St, 2027. The Contract Ends On December 31St, 2027 (Basic Term). There Are Four Unilateral Contract Extension Options Of One Year Each For The Benefit Of The Client, I.E. Until December 31, 2028 (First Extension Option), Until December 31, 2029 (Second Extension Option), Until December 31, 2030 (Third Extension Option) And Until December 31, 2031 (Fourth Extension Option).
