The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Remote Survey Campaigns Administered By Means Of A Questionnaire To A Large Sample Of Households Residing In Buildings In The Residential Park (Individual Houses And Apartments). It Aims To Produce Usable Data Relating, In Particular, To The Energy Consumption Of Buildings Which Have Or Have Not Carried Out Energy Renovation Work, In Order To Contribute To The Evaluation Of Renovation Assistance Schemes And More Specifically That Of Energy Savings Certificates (Eec).
