Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) Mission As Part Of The Extension Of The Community Headquarters Of Clisson Sèvre And Maine Agglo. The Consultation Concerns The Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) Mission Relating To The Operation To Extend The Community Headquarters Of Clisson Sèvre & Maine Agglo. The Forecast Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Amounts To €2,240,000 Excluding Tax (July 2026 Value). The Mission Will Begin From The Delivery Of The Service Order To Start The Services And Will End At The End Of The Lifting Of The Reservations Resulting From Reception. It Does Not Include The Management Of Problems Occurring During The Period Of Perfect Completion. The Expected Duration Of The Market Is 25 Months. As An Indication, The Opc Mission Should Begin In January 2027 For The Pro Phase And The Construction Site Should Begin In September 2027.
