Motor Vehicle Insurance Services – Framework Agreement For Rca Compulsory Car Insurance Services, For Vehicles In The Fleet Of The Romanian Court Of Accounts. The Object Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Rca Compulsory Car Insurance Services, For The Vehicles In The Fleet Of The Romanian Court Of Accounts According To The Annex To The Specifications, By Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Owns A Car Park Consisting Of 151 Vehicles, For Which It Is Going To Purchase Compulsory Car Liability Insurance (Rca). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 24 Months, And The Maximum Estimated Number Of Rca Policies That Can Be Issued During The Entire Execution Period Of The Framework Agreement Is 453 Policies. The Estimated Maximum Number Of 453 Policies Was Determined Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Concluding, During The Framework Agreement, Several Subsequent Contracts For The Car Fleet, Respectively Two Subsequent Contracts With A Duration Of Up To 12 Months Each, As Well As The Possibility Of Concluding A Subsequent Contract In The Last Month Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Para. (3) And (4) Of The Annex To H.G. No. 395/2016, Its Duration May Exceed The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. Thus, The Estimated Maximum Amount Of 453 Policies Represents The Maximum Number Of Rca Policies That Can Be Issued For The Entire Fleet Of 151 Vehicles, Corresponding To A Maximum Number Of 3 Policies/Vehicle During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts Awarded On Its Basis. The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 24 Months, Starting From: 01.01.2027, With A Maximum Of 453 Policies Both At The Headquarters And At The Level Of Territorial Structures And Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators, Ranked In The First Three Places, Following The Application Of The Award Criterion (Lowest Price). During The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That At Least 4 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded. The Estimated Duration Of The Subsequent Contracts Will Be A Minimum Of 6 Months, A Maximum Of 12 Months. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Made Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Budget Funds That Will Be Allocated For This Purpose. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded Without The Resumption Of Competition In Seap, To The Operator Ranked First In The Ranking, Following The Application Of The Award Criteria. The Admissible Offers In The First Three Places In The Achieved Ranking, Following The Application Of The Award Criteria, Will Be Declared Winners.
