The Subject Of The Order Under The Basic Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Delivery Of Technical Equipment With Software For The Digital Recording Of Court Hearings, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning, Warranty Service And Technical Support In Rooms Not Previously Equipped With Equipment For Digital Recording Of Court Hearings (Appendix No. 3A To The Agreement - List Of Locations) And Rooms Indicated For Modernization (Appendix No. 3B To The Agreement - List Of Locations); 2) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Technical Devices With Software, As Well As Installation, Implementation, Warranty Service And Technical Support Of The Audio-Video Recording System For The Friendly Interrogation Room (Appendix No. 3C To The Agreement - List Of Locations); 3) Granting A Warranty For The Products Delivered Under The Agreement And Services Provided For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Relevant Acceptance Protocol. 2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes An Option In The Material Scope Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Number Of Courtrooms And Their Location, The Number Of Friendly Rooms And Their Location, And The Data Of The Ordering Party And The End User Are Included In The Distribution List Constituting Annexes No. 4A - 4B To The Agreement.
