Heating-System Design Services – Multi-Attribute Framework Agreement For Project Management Idf Networks. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Establish A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For Design Project Management Missions (Lot 1) And A Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts For Monitoring Of Implementation (Lot 2) For Heat Or Cold Network Work. This Framework Agreement Will Be Multi-Awarded And Have An Initial Duration Of Three (3) Years, Renewable Two (2) Times For A Successive Period Of One (1) Year, Unless Terminated By One Or The Other Party, At Least Three (3) Months Before The Expiry Date Of This Framework Agreement, By Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt. The Framework Agreement Aims To Be Used In The Île-De-France Region By Dalkia And Its Affiliated Companies. For Information Purposes, The 2026/2031 Network Works Program (Dalkia And Its Affiliated Companies) Consists Of The Construction Of 200 Km Of Networks To Be Installed In The Ile De France Territory. The Maximum Amount Is Set At 5 Million Euros Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement And Per Holder And Per Lot
