The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Natural Gas, Cpv Code 09123000-7, For The Heating And Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water At The Premises And Related Consumption Points Of Sh Hațeg, Sh Sebeș, Sh Cluj, Sh Curtea De Argeș, Sh Râmnicu Vâlcea And Sh Porțile De Fier, Identified In The Annex To Specifications No. 62654/29.07.2026. The Total Amount Estimated For The 12-Month Contractual Period Is 6,902.90 Mwh, Distributed As Follows: Sh Hațeg – 1,524 Mwh; Sh Sebeș – 783 Mwh; Sh Cluj – 1,494 Mwh; Sh Curtea De Argeș – 1,450.20 Mwh; Sh Râmnicu Vâlcea – 1,281.70 Mwh; Sh Portile De Fier – 370 Mwh. The Supply Will Be Made Continuously, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Depending On The Actual Consumption Recorded At Each Place Of Consumption. The Supplier Will Ensure Both The Required Amount Of Natural Gas And The Related Transport And Distribution Services, In Compliance With The Technical And Contractual Requirements And The Applicable Anre Regulations.
