The Subject Of The Tender Is Civil Engineering, Earthworks And Hydraulic Engineering Work To Implement The First Construction Phase Of The Rewetting Of The Hündfelder Moor As Part Of The Eu-Life Project “Crossborderbog – Rewetting Of The Hündfelder Moor”. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Restore A Natural Water Balance For The Long-Term Security And Development Of The Moor Ecosystem As Well As To Protect And Promote Typical Moorland Habitats And Species. The Tendered Services Include In Particular The Setup And Operation Of The Construction Site Including All Necessary Ancillary Services, The Production And Subsequent Dismantling Of Temporary Transport And Construction Roads, Extensive Earth And Ground Moving Work As Well As The Professional Relocation, Interim Storage And Reinstallation Of Peat And Other Soil Materials. Furthermore, Dams And Terrain Modeling Must Be Created To Regulate The Water Balance And Infiltration Troughs And Other Hydraulic Engineering Systems Must Be Created In Accordance With The Implementation Documents. This Includes All Necessary Excavation, Transport, Installation And Compaction Work As Well As The Production Of The Required Terrain Profiles.
