The Contracting Authority Is An Operator Of Municipal Public Transport In Prague And The Adjacent Region, Within Which The Contracting Authority, In Order To Ensure Its Activity Pursuant To § 153 Paragraph 1 Letter F) Of The Act Also Requires Railway Switches And Spare Parts For Railway Switches. The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier In The Sense Of § 131 Of The Act, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Supply Of Railway Switches And Spare Parts For Railway Switches. The Sole Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Railway Switches And Spare Parts For Railway Switches According To The Detailed Technical Specifications Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation.
