The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Salt For Winter Road Maintenance In The 2026/2027 Season, Along With Successive Delivery To Individual Road Circuits: 1) Road Circuit No. 1 In Zawiercie - Ul. Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej, 42-400 Zawiercie, 2) Road Circuit No. 2 In Pilica - Ul. Żarnowiecka 85, 42-436 Pilica, 3) Road Circuit No. 3 In Szczekociny – Ul. Włoszczowska 6, 42-445 Szczekociny. 2. Planned Quantity Of Salt Purchase: 3,500 Tons (With The Option To Increase The Supply By 1,500 Tons). 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Partial Deliveries, Depending On The Actual Demand, In An Amount Not Less Than 25 Tons. 4. Deadline For A Single Delivery - Up To 5 Business Days From The Day Following The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Deliver To Places Other Than Those Indicated In Section. 1 Of The Contract In The Zawiercie District. If Results Inconsistent With The Requirements Are Obtained, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Batch Of Salt At His Own Expense Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party And To Reimburse The Ordering Party For The Weighing Costs Incurred. 8.
