The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Technical Infrastructure For The Protection Of The Property Of The Contracting Authority And The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Ensuring The Protection Of The Property Of The Contracting Authority And Its Monitoring, Namely Through Physical Protection And Technical Means In The Facilities Of The Contracting Authority, In The Following Scope: • Provision Of Guard Service According To § 3 Letter A), B), G), H), I) Of Act No. 473/2005 Coll. On The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Private Security And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Sbs Act) In The Scope Of Property Protection, Ensuring Order, Operation Of Security Systems, Development Of A Protection And Monitoring Plan, • Provision Of Technical Service According To § 7 Par. 1 Of The Sbs Act In The Scope Of Design, Assembly, Maintenance, Revision And Repair Of Security Systems Or Alarm Systems And Systems And Devices Enabling The Monitoring Of The Movement And Actions Of A Person In A Protected Object, In A Protected Place Or In Their Surroundings And The Performance Of Engineering Activities.
