The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Masovian E-Health Platform. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of The Mazowiecka E-Health Platform It System Along With Maintaining The Continuity Of Operation Of The Modified System As Part Of The Project Entitled E-Health For Mazovia 3 Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program (Fem 2021-2027 / Fem) Priority I European Funds For A More Competitive And Smart Mazovia, Within The Scope Of Specific Objective 1 (Ii) Erdf.Cp1.Ii Reaping The Benefits Of Digitalization For Citizens, Enterprises, Research Organizations And Public Institutions, Action Fema.01.02 E-Services. As Part Of The Order, An E-Cd Service Will Be Delivered Or Created And Delivered, Enabling The Patient To Have Electronic Access To The Results Of Imaging Tests Without The Need To Appear In Person At A Medical Facility. The E-Cd Service Consists Of Functionalities Based On The Secure, Authorized Transmission And Storage Of Images In The Dicom Format In The Pacs Repository, Available Via The Web Portal And Internal His/Ris Systems. As Part Of The Order, Replacement Of The Pacs System Is Allowed, Provided That Appropriate Integrations Are Provided To Enable Proper Functioning Of The Pacs, Compatible With Mpez Functionalities, In Particular The Orders Module And The Long-Term Archive. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Maintenance Of The Masovian E-Health Platform, Including Service, Authors Supervision, Warranty, Administration And Monitoring. 3. The Detailed Scope Was Specified In The Opz - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Deadline For Order Completion: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To September 30, 2030, Including September 30, 2029 In The Basic Part (Without Taking Into Account The Right To Option No. 2).
