The Outer Area Serves To Access And Continuously Bypass The Inner Area And Is Therefore Primarily Intended As A Traffic Route Including Heavy Oil Transport. Outside The Outer Area There Are Container And Storage Areas That Are Required For The Operation Of The Drilling Rig. In Addition, Storage Basins Are To Be Built Outside For Thermal Water Pumping Tests (Each At The End Of A Deep Borehole).
