The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Internally Cooled Electrodes For Thermoablation And Thermoresection Using Radio Frequency Current, Together With The Lease Of The Device For A Period Of 42 Months (Hereinafter Referred To As The Goods), Of The Type And Quantity Given In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. List Of Required Functions And Technical Parameters, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz. 2. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 42 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion (The Day Indicated In The Contract Summary) Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contractors Remuneration Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz Is Achieved. 3. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Leased Item By The Contractor Will Take Place Within 10 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 4. The Period Of Validity Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 Of Annex No. 4 To The Swz May Be Extended On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
