Phase I - Design Services Of The Works • Development Of The Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate, As Well As The Approvals And Agreements Provided For By The Legislation In Force; Drawing Up Documentation For Dtac/Dtad/Dtoe, As Appropriate, And Obtaining The Construction Authorization For The Investment Objective. • Elaboration Of The Technical Execution Project, Including The Execution Details Adapted To The Real Conditions In The Field, The Quality Check According To Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction, Consolidated, As Well As Ensuring The Following: • Specialized Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works; • Drawing Up The Commissioning Plan; • Development Of Operating And Maintenance Instructions. • Program For The Control Of The Quality Of The Construction Works In Determining Phases, • Specifications For Specialties For The Execution Of The Works, • Adjustment, Completion And/Or Modification Of Pt And De As A Result Of The Verifiers Recommendations, If Applicable, • Update Of The General Estimate, As Appropriate. • Preparation Of The As-Built Documentation, 2.
