Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, A Person Performing Activities Related To Managing (Requirement For A Manager) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, In Particular In The Scope Of Cooperation With The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Ongoing Management Of The Agreement, Supervising The Contractors Handling Of All Demands And Monitoring The Correct Implementation Of Services, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). The Employment Of The Person Referred To Above Must Continue Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
