Pollutants Tracking And Monitoring And Rehabilitation Services – Elimination Of The Consequences Of The Hustopeče Nad Bečvou Accident - Ii. Remediation Stage - Monitoring And Supervision. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Surface Water Monitoring And The Performance Of Independent Supervision Over The Implementation Of Rehabilitation And Related Works In The Locality Affected By The Accident. Fulfillment Will Be Implemented To The Extent Corresponding To The Requirements Of State Administration Bodies, Especially The Czech Environmental Inspection, And In Accordance With Applicable Legislation And Relevant Technical Standards, Especially The Čsn En Iso Series For Water Sampling And Analysis. The Range Of Individual Activities Is Based On Itemized Budgets For Surface Water Monitoring And Supervisory Activities, While These Activities Form An Interconnected Whole. The Contracting Authority Requires That Performance Be Ensured As A Continuous And Continuous Process Without Interruption, Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Work So That Individual Activities (Sampling, Laboratory Analysis, Evaluation And Supervisory Control) Are Carried Out In A Logical Sequence And That The Outputs Of These Activities Are Available To The Customer In The Shortest Possible Time. Emphasis Is Placed Especially On The Operability And Timeliness Of The Data Provided, Which Will Serve As A Basis For The Customers Decision On The Next Procedure For Solving The Emergency Situation. The Customer Further Requires That The Contractor Be Able To Respond Flexibly To The Development Of The Situation In The Locality, Especially To Changes In The Extent Or Intensity Of Pollution. The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Operatively Adjust The Frequency Of Sampling, The Scope Of Monitoring, The Number Of Analyzed Samples And The Intensity Of Control And Supervision Activities Based On The Customers Instructions. At The Same Time, They Must Have Sufficient Personnel And Technical Capacities To Ensure These Requirements Without Delay. All Activities Must Be Carried Out By Professionally Qualified Personnel, Using Appropriate Technical Equipment And In Compliance With Requirements For Quality, Work Safety And Environmental Protection. The Customer Requires That All Outputs Be Processed Clearly, Comprehensibly And To The Extent That Allows Their Direct Use For Order Management And Control Activities. The Aim Of The Performance Is To Ensure Ongoing, Reliable And Conclusive Information On The State And Development Of Surface Water Pollution And At The Same Time Independent Control Of The Implemented Remediation Works, Thereby Creating A High-Quality Basis For Operational And Strategic Decision-Making By The Client.
