Expression of Interest for Lease, Manage and Operate the Cool Room at the New Open Market, Ondangwa Lease Condition The monthly rental payable shall be N$1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Namibia Dollars), excluding VAT, payable in advance before the third (3rd) working day of each month. Electricity charges shall be borne separately by the lessee.
