Tenders Are Invited For Supply, Installation, Implementation, And Maintenance Of (10) 132/11 Kv Main Substations For The South Saad Al-Abdullah Residential City Project Phase Three

Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Implementation, and Maintenance of (10) 132/11 Kv Main Substations for the South Saad Al-Abdullah Residential City Project Phase Three. As announced in issue number (1792) dated May 24, 2026 The first and second conditions of the required technical documents are amended as follows: The bidder must meet one of the following conditions: The bidder must have completed, as a main contractor, within the last (15) years, contracts for the supply and installation of no less than (1) main substation with a voltage of (132) kV or higher in the State of Kuwait, under the supervision of the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy. The substations must be indoor substations and include a switchgear insulated with SF6 gas and no less than (2) power transformers with a capacity of (30) MVA or higher each. OR The contractor must have completed, as a main contractor within the last (15) years, contracts for the supply and installation of no fewer than (3) main substations with a voltage of (132) kV or higher in the GCC countries, under the supervision of the relevant government energy authorities. These substations must be indoor substations, include SF6-insulated switchgear, and contain no fewer than (2) power transformers with a capacity of (30) MVA (A) or higher each.
