The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Delivery Of A Teddy Bear In A T-Shirt With A Hood With The Logo Of, Among Others, Nationwide Social Campaign Entitled Your Blood, My Life And The Website Address Www.Twojakrew.Pl, The Logo Of The Ministry Of Health, The Logo Of The National Blood Center, In A Circulation Of 12,100 Pieces, In Accordance With All The Requirements And Conditions Of The Order Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Purchase, But Not More Than 20% Of The Total Amount Of Each Part Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Exercise The Right To Use The Option Of Reducing The Quantity Of The Product Covered By The Subject Of The Order On The Terms And In The Manner Described In § 11 Of The Ppu. 3. Pursuant To Art. 255 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Public Procurement Procedure If The Price Or Cost Of The Most Advantageous Offer Or The Offer With The Lowest Price For The Basic Contract Exceeds The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order. 4.
