The City Of Savonlinnas Procurement Services Is Asking For A Bid For The Organization Of Rantasalmi Municipalitys Ict Services For The Contract Period 04/01/2027 - 03/31/2030. If The Procurement Entity Terminates The Contract No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Will End On March 31, 2030. If The Contract Is Not Terminated Until The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. If The Contract Continues, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied Under The Previous Terms And Conditions, As They Are Valid At The End Of The Contract Period. When Submitting A Bid And Signing The Procurement Contract, The Contract Supplier Undertakes That The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely, If The Procurement Entity So Wishes. The Ict Service Package To Be Procured Consists Of The Following Services: 1) Takeover Of The Current Facility (Implementation Project) 2) Continuous Service Production For The Time Being 3) Network, Information Security And Quality Control And Management Services 4) Centralized Support, Management And Expert Services The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish.
