This is a single-stage process there will be no further call for proposals, and the award decision will be made directly from the technical and financial proposals submitted in response to this tender. Scope at a Glance Locations Abuja and Lagos Duration 5 months, including a 3-week preparation phase Budget 10,000,000, all-inclusive Minimum Targets 8,000 verified registrations · 5,000 completed bookings Award Structure One agency for both cities, or two agencies split 50/50 by city and budget Payment Milestone-based, tied to verified performance Who Can Apply Registered growth, digital, integrated, advertising or experiential marketing agencies and communications firms, including boutique and independent agencies with a lean, capable team. Consortiums with an identified lead agency are eligible. Individual consultants and freelancers are not.
