The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The Dk39 Section. Żaba - Krzemieniec Including The Design Stage And The Implementation Stage In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Design And Build System. Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Pfu, The Logical Whole Resulting From The Completion Of The Design Process And Resulting From Applicable Law, The Order Should Design And Perform, In Particular, The Following Works: 1) Construction Of A Section Of The Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Left Side (From Km 70+440 To Km 71+610);2) Construction Of Suggested Crossings Over Dk39 Between Bus Stops At Km Approx. 70+550 And At Km 71+450, Together With The Construction Of Access Roads And Platforms;3) Construction Of A Suggested Passage Through The Municipal Road At The Intersection Of Dk39 In The Town Of Krzemieniec;4) Construction Of Textured Surface Marking Systems;5) Construction Of Additional Lighting At Crossings And Adaptation Of Road Lighting To Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Including Transition Sections; 6) Drainage Of The Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles; 7) Reconstruction Of Conflicts With Utility Networks. The Scope Of The Design And Implementation Stage Of Works Includes, Among Others, Activities: 1) Making A Site Visit To Identify The Subject Of The Order. 2) Obtaining Geodetic Materials For The Design Purposes. 3) Preparing Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements. 4) Preparing A Situational And Height Map For Design Purposes. 5) Preparing An Application For Construction Consent. 6) Preparing An Executive Design With All Accompanying Studies (Road Part + Industries, Including Sanitary, Electrical And Other Necessary).7) Preparation Of A Water-Legal Survey Together With Obtaining Appropriate Water-Legal Permits.8) Preparation Of Materials For Obtaining Consent To Cut Down Trees Along With A Decision - Depending On The Needs And Design Solutions.9) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation Of The Subsoil.10) Preparation Of Design Documentation For Installations And Accompanying Devices (External).11) Submission Of Prepared Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of Construction/Works.12) Submission Of A Prepared Permanent Traffic Organization Design.13) Preparation Of The Specification For The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design And The Executive Design.14) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities For The Works.15) Quality Assurance Programs.16) Cooperation With Administrative Bodies In Order To Obtain Appropriate Decisions, In Particular Participation In Social Consultations, Providing Explanations At The Request Of The Authority, Submitting Applications And Documents Immediately In Relation To The Applicable Deadlines.17) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documentation For The Acquisition Of Rights To Use
