Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Corridors Of The 1St And 3Rd Floors In The Building Of The District Office In Świdnica At Ul. M. Skłodowska – Curie 7 1.2. Description Of Work: The Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Task Include: 1) Preparing The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings For Painting 2) Painting The Suspended Ceiling - Coffered Ceiling Of The Corridor On The First Floor 3) Painting The Walls Of The Corridor On The First Floor Covered With Structural Plaster Of The Lamb Type And Varnishing The Painted Surfaces With Protective Varnish. 4) Painting The Walls And Ceilings Of The Third Floor Corridor, Along With Varnishing The Painted Wall Surfaces With Protective Varnish. 5) Cleaning, Sanding And Painting The Door Joinery On The 1St Floor, 6) Cleaning, Sanding And Painting The Door Joinery On The 3Rd Floor With Phthalate Paint, 7) Sticking Warning Tapes On The Glazed Doors, 8) Replacing The Missing Plaster Fragments Along With Building A Plasterboard For The Installation Risers, 9) Sticking Pvc Bumpers (Bands) Marking The Zones On The Walls And Around The Doors Entrances To Individual Rooms. 10) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Lighting Fixtures, 11) Washing And Cleaning After Completed Work. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Design Documents And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Additionally In The Bill Of Quantities. 1.3 The Detailed Scope Of Works Within The Scope Of The Task In Question Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Colors And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute An Annex To This Specification And Together With The Bills Of Quantities Are Available On The Website Www.Platformazakupowa.Pl/Sp_Swidnica Under The Name Of The Procedure Available In The Title Swz.Uwagaw/W The Works Will Be Performed On An Operational Facility. The Contractor Should Anticipate Difficulties Resulting From User Traffic. The Contractor Will Include In The Offer Price All Costs And Difficulties Resulting From The Implementation Of Works In The Conditions Of The Functioning Office. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Annexes To This Specification.
