Permission Of The Opole Provincial Conservator Of Monuments No. 1172/N/2025 Was Issued For The Subject Of The Order. 03/12/2025 To Carry Out Conservation Works On The Main Staircase Of The Palace In Gierałcice, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Opole Voivodeship Under No. 207/2013 By Decision Of 01/10/2013. Conservation Conditions Included In The Permit: - The Obligation To Manage The Restoration Works By A Person Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37A Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments - There Is An Obligation To Provide The Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments With The Name, Surname, Address And Documents Confirming Qualifications Referred To In Art. 37A Of The Act On The Protection Of Monuments, The Person In Charge Of The Restoration Works, As Well As The Declaration Of The Above-Mentioned. Persons To Take Over The Obligation To Manage, No Later Than 14 Days Before The Commencement Of The Works, - There Is An Obligation To Immediately Notify The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About Threats Or New Circumstances Revealed During The Work, - The Opole Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Must Be Notified Of The Date Of Commencement And Completion Of The Works - Documentation Of The Course Of The Works Covered By The Permit Must Be Kept.
