The Subject Of The Design Work Is The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Documentation Of An Investment Project Aimed At Relocating Two Institutions From A Non-Functional Facility: A Primary School And A Job Training School And Enabling The Admission Of An Increased Number Of Students. The Investment Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Covering A New Building For Two Institutions: A Primary School And A Job Training School With A Connector, A Playground And The Necessary Infrastructure, Including A Fire Route And The Demolition Of The Current Primary School Building To The Extent Resulting From Fire Protection Requirements. The Estimated Usable Area Of The New Building Is 2000-2250 M2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Awarding An Optional Order Described In §2 Paragraph 1 Letter B And In § 19 Of The Agreement: I.
