Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Shelters At Cyclist Service Areas.

1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Which Means That The Contractor Will First Have To Develop Complete Multi-Discipline Documentation And Obtain All Necessary Arrangements And Valid Administrative Consents For All Dispersed Locations. Then, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comprehensively Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works, Including Preparation Of The Area, Removal Of Possible Underground Collisions And Construction Of New Or Reconstruction Of Existing Paving Surfaces. The Key Element Of The Order Will Be The Prefabrication And Assembly Of Unified Bicycle Shelters With A Steel Structure, Strictly Protected Against Corrosion, With Strict Adherence To The Required Bicycle Clearance. In Addition To Building Roofs, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle And Verify Old Equipment, As Well As To Deliver And Permanently Install New Elements Of Small Architecture, Including Benches, Tables, Baskets, Racks And Repair Stations. All Field Work Will Have To Be Rigorously Coordinated To Ensure Traffic Continuity And Safety On Adjacent Bicycle Paths. The Final Acceptance Of The Investment Will Be Conditional On The Fault-Free Execution Of The Works And The Provision Of A Complete As-Built Surveying Inventory, Material Certificates And Appropriate Warranty Documents To The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Included In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months And Warranty For Defects In Works For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Regarding: Installation Of The Main Supporting Structures Of Roofs (Shelters) In All Indicated Locations Along With Their Final Foundation And To Act As A Coordinator Of The Works. 6. In The Event Of Execution Of The Order By Contractors Jointly Applying For The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Consortium Member Who Has Demonstrated Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings To The Extent Necessary To Implement These Tasks, I.E.: Assembly Of The Main Supporting Structures Roofing (Shelters) In All Indicated Locations Along With Their Final Foundation And Acting As A Coordinator Of The Works. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual,
