Stacking (Reinforcing) The Ceiling Above The Basement To Ensure Load-Bearing Capacity In The Event Of A Disaster On The Upper Floors. 2. Insulation And External Works: Installation Of Perimeter Drainage Around The Building, Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of Basement Walls. Construction Of External Covers For Window Openings (Excavations And Brick Protective Partitions) Reducing The Impact Of Shock Waves And Fragments. 3. Escape Route And Finishing: Clearing Traffic Routes. Delivery And Installation Of Door Joinery: 2 Main Fire-Resistant And Smoke-Proof Doors And 10 Other Internal Doors. Construction Of Screeds And Floors With Anti-Slip Properties. Plastering And Painting Walls. 4. Internal Installations (Life Support Systems): Installation Of A Complete Mechanical Ventilation System Equipped With Specialized Filters (Filter Ventilation).  Construction Of A Sanitary Facility (Toilets, Washbasins, Ceramics, Fittings) Along With Comprehensive Modernization Of The Water And Sewage System.  Modernization Of The Electrical Installation With The Separation Of Dedicated Circuits For Certified Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Implementation Of An Alarm And Fire Protection System.5.
