Randaberg Municipality, Sola Municipality And Sandnes Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Hereby Invite Competition For A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Institutional Furniture For The Agreement Period 2026 – 2028 (2030). The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Institutional Furniture, As Well As Consulting Assistance For Furnishing Proposals. The Supplier Must Have Enough Breadth And Depth In Its Range To Cover The Clients Needs For New, High-Quality Institutional Furniture For Ongoing Tenders And Larger And Smaller Furnishing Projects During The Contract Period. Expected Commencement Of The Framework Agreement Is Autumn 2026 For The Municipalities Of Sola And Sandnes. Randaberg Municipality Has Started Its Agreement On 01.05.2027. The Duration Of The Framework Agreements Is 2 Years, With An Option For The Client To Extend For A Further 1 + 1 Year For The Municipalities Of Sola And Sandnes. Randaberg Municipality Has A Duration Corresponding To The Final Start Date For Sola And Sandnes + 2 Years (Autumn 2028), With The Option Of Extension For A Further 1 + 1 Year. Total Contract Value For The Framework Agreement (4 Years) Is Assumed To Be Approx. Nok 8.8 Million Excl. Vat Total Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Is Nok 16 Million Excl. Vat
