The Ministry Of Finance, On Behalf Of The Transitional Commission, Wishes To Enter Into An Assignment Agreement With A Consultant For The Planning And Implementation Of A Participation Process In The Form Of A National Peoples Panel. The Assignment Involves Planning And Designing The Involvement Process (The Peoples Panel), As Well As Ensuring The Implementation And Presentation Of The Panels Recommendations. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is 3,000,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
