Lewisham Council (The Council) Invites You To Submit A Response For A Targeted Adult Weight Management Service. The Aim Of The Service Is To Reduce Health Inequalities By Delivering A Culturally Tailored Tier 2 Weight Management Service That Meets The Specific Needs Of Black African And Caribbean Populations In Lewisham. The Successful Provider Will Look To Improve Access And Engagement With Weight Management Support Through Inclusive, Community-Based Delivery Models And Culturally Appropriate Programme Content.The Contract Will Be Between The Successful Provider And The Council For The Period Of 2 Years With The Option To Extend For A Further For 1 Year At The Council’S Discretion. This Procurement Is Being Conducted In Accordance With The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Using The Competitive Process.
