The Subject Of The Contract Is The Complete Construction Of The Čeňko Rýzner Educational Trail, Running For A Total Length Of About 2.5 Km On The Border Of The Cadastres Of The Municipalities Of Roztoky And Únětice. In Addition To Its Own Path Equipped With Information Panels, The Educational Trail Also Includes Play And Relaxation Places With A Modified Surface And The Placement Of Park Furniture And Game Elements, When The Na Vrškách Location Has Already Been Implemented. In Essence, It Involves Landscaping, The Supply And Installation Of Park And City Furniture And Game Elements. The Specific Part Is The Information Elements Described In The Project Documentation. The Trail Is Located Mostly On Municipal Land, In A Few Cases On Private Land. Agreement With The Work Will Be Built According To The Attached Project Documentation (Appendix No. 3 Of This Tender Document). The Required Scope Of The Work Is Further Described And Specified In Blind Budgets (Appendix No. 4 Of This Document). The Implementation Of The Contract Is Planned For 2 Years: Stage 1 Until The End Of 2026. 2027. Due To The Relatively Considerable Variety Of The Contract And The Breadth Of The Requested Works And Supplies, It Is Probably Not Possible To Demand A Supply From A Single Supplier. For This Reason, The Order Is Divided, In The Sense Of § 35 Zzvz, Into The Following Five Parts Comprising Individual Types Of Deliveries, An Integral Part Of Which Is Complete Installation At The Destination And Handing Over Complete Documentation: 1) Information Elements 2) City And Park Furniture 3) Drinking Fountain And Its Surroundings 4) Game And Relaxation Area At Dubečnica 5) Orchard Modifications Parts 1) – 3) Represent The First Implementation Stage Of The Work, The Second Stage Consists Of Parts 4) And 5) The Individual Sheets Of Annex No. 4A And 4B – Blind Budgets – Documents For The Calculation Of The Tender Price Correspond To The Above-Mentioned Parts. Bids Are Always Submitted For A Specific Part Of This Public Contract. A Participant In The Procurement Procedure Can Submit An Offer In Several Parts Of The Contract, Without Any Restrictions, While The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit Or Limit Possible Subcontracts In Any Way. All Delivered Assortment Must Have Technical, Material And Hygienic Properties Suitable For Use In The Built Environment. In Particular, Play Elements Must Meet The Appropriate Certification For Use In Public Playgrounds. The Participant Submits This Documentation To The Contracting Authority No Later Than The Date Of Signing The Contract For The Work. The Client Requires A Minimum Guarantee Of 36 Months For The Furniture, Information And Game Elements, And 60 Months For The Construction Part Of The Work. The Participant Can Offer Longer Guarantees, But Not Shorter Ones.
