Tenders Are Invited For Annual Maintenance Of Elevators And Lifting Equipment And Alarm Service For The Years 2027 - 2030

Annual Inspections And Maintenance Of Elevators And Lift Equipment Of The Espoo Parish Association, As Well As Alarm Center Services. The Contract Is Temporary And Valid Between 2027 And 2030, For A Total Of Four (4) Years. The Contract Must Include Two (2) Maintenance Visits Per Year For Each Piece Of Equipment. The Tenderer Must Also Order Periodic Inspections For Each Device In Accordance With Its Set Inspection Interval And The Requirements Of The Law. The Tender Must Include Alarm Center Services And Assistance In Connection With The Performance Of Periodic Inspections. The Prices Stated In The Tender Must Include All The Costs Of Providing The Service. The First Two (2) Installer Working Hours Of The Visit Are Fully Included In The Contract Price. Working Time Exceeding Two (2) Hours Will Be Charged According To The Hourly Price Stated By The Bidder In His Offer. Work Time Billing Starts When The Maintenance Person Arrives At The Site And Ends When He Leaves The Site. The Subscriber Will Not Be Charged Separately For Travel Expenses, Mileage Allowances, Travel Time, Per Diems, Meal Allowances, Accommodation Expenses, Office Expenses, Invoicing Supplements Or Other Similar Costs. Time Spent Traveling, Getting Spare Parts, Eating, Taking Breaks Or Other Indirect Tasks May Not Be Charged To The Subscriber. Possible Transfers Of Emergency Telephones At The Beginning Of The Contract Period Must Be Included In The Contract Price.
