Tenders Are Invited For Supplying Thermal Energy To The Thermal Center Located On The Property Of The Savonranta School Center

The Procurement Services Of The City Of Savonlinna Are Asking For An Offer For The Supply Of Thermal Energy Using The Equipment Of The Thermal Center Located In The District Of Savonranta For The Contract Period 04.10.2026 - 30.09.2028 + One (1) Year Option. The Contract Will Continue For One (1) Year From 01.10.2028 To 30.09.2029, Unless The Procurement Services Of The City Of Savonlinna Terminate The Contract At The End Of The Contract Period To The End. If The Contract Is Terminated, It Will Be Done In Writing No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Is Continued, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied During The Option Period Under The Previous Conditions, In Accordance With Those In Force At The End Of The Contract Period. When Submitting A Bid And Signing The Procurement Contract, The Contract Supplier Undertakes For His Part That The Contract Will Continue For The Specified Period, If The Procurement Services Of The City Of Savonlinna So Desire. The Heat Must Be Produced For The Properties Connected To The Heating Center With Wood Fuel (Wood Chips) Suitable For The Device. The Tender Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Procurement Process Is Entirely In Finnish. The Goods Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, E.G. In Terms Of Structure, Equipment, Work And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety.
