This Is A Request For Information, Not A Preliminary Notice, Not A Procurement Notice, And Not A Request For Tender. There Are Plans To Purchase Small Oral Healthcare Equipment. There Are Plans To Establish A Framework Arrangement Where All Conditions Have Been Confirmed. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Possibility To Divide The Planned Procurement Into Parts. During The Contract Period, The Selected Small Appliances Are To Be Ordered Directly From The Selected Suppliers In Accordance With The Contract Terms And Conditions Of The Request For Tender. The Planned Acquisition Does Not Apply To Larger Equipment Such As Dental Treatment Units, Panoramic, Cephalostat Or Kktt Equipment. The Planned Contract Period Begins On July 1, 2027. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Procurement Units To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Answers Received From The Request For Information In The Preparation Of The Request For Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Information Request. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Participants To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Information Collected Through The Request For Information Will Remain Completely Confidential And Will Only Be Used For Procurement Planning. The Supplier Can Participate In The Request For Information By Answering The Questions Attached To The Request For Information And Attaching His Answer In The Other Conditions Section Of The Request For Information And Sending His Answer By The Deadline Of 24 August 2026 At 12:00.
