Execution Of Construction Works At The Harku Substation In Accordance With The Conditions Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of Simple Procurement. The Work Is Carried Out Using The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked, Etc. And Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. The Facilities Are Designed And Built And Handed Over To The Customer In A Finished Form. All Supplied Equipment Must Be Installed And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. The Work Must Be Carried Out In An Environmentally Safe Manner.
