The Participant Should Offer A Minimum Of 19 (Nineteen) Types Of Imported Cigarettes That Meet The Requirements Of The Law On Tobacco, Tobacco And Related Products. Tobacco Products To Comply With The Tobacco, Tobacco And Related Products Act. 2. In Addition To The Mandatory Items Under Item 3.1., The Participant Should Also Offer An Additional List Of Items (Imported Cigarettes) To Enrich The Assortment. The Additional List Is Not Part Of The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Is Not A Mandatory Subject Of Delivery Under The Contract. It Is Informative In Nature And Serves Only As A Basis For The Possible Award Of Supplies Through An Option Under The Contract. 3. The Participant Should Offer A Percentage Commercial Discount From The Selling Price Of Imported Cigarettes, Valid For The Entire Term Of The Contract. The Offered Discount Applies Both To The Items Under Item 3.1. And To The Items Included In The Additional List Under Item 3.2. The Discount Rate Cannot Be Less Than 3.5%. 4. The Participant Should Indicate In His Price Offer The Types Of Tobacco Products Included: - In The Mandatory List Under Item 3.1. From The Technical Specification, And - In The Additional List Under Item 3.2. From The Technical Specification, And For All Items The Selling Prices Per Parcel Are Indicated. 5. During The Execution Period Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Use An Option For Additional Procurement Of Supplies Of Tobacco Products, Including: - Items Included In The Mandatory List Under Item 3.1. From The Technical Specification, And/Or - Items Included In The Additional List Under Item 3.2 Of The Technical Specification, Depending On The Needs That Arise. The Option Can Be Exercised Up To A Maximum Amount Of Eur 443,554.18 Excl. Vat, When Applying The Percentage Discount Proposed By The Contractor, Which Remains Unchanged For The Entire Term Of The Contract.
