The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Strengthening Of Streets And Local Roads Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kirkovo, Including: - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Bills Of Quantities. - Warranty Responsibility For The Periods Offered By The Contractor, Warranty Periods For The Individual Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003. For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
