The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase/Delivery Of Automotive Fuel Through Contactless Payment Cards With Estimated Quantities For A Period Of Three Years As Follows: Unleaded Motor Gasoline A95 – 35,000 Liters / Thirty-Five Thousand Liters / +/-10% Unleaded Motor Gasoline A100 – 30,000 Liters / Thirty Thousand Liters / +/-10% Diesel Fuel – 32,000 Liters / Thirty-Two Thousand Liters / +/-10% Diesel Fuel With Improvements - 60,000 L/Sixty Thousand Liters/+/-10% The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And The Client Does Not Undertake To Use Them In Full And Is Not Responsible To The Supplier For Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Order Is Not Fulfilled In Full. The Contract Enters Into Force From August 21, 2026 And Is Valid For 36 (Thirty-Six) Months Or Until The Announced Estimated Value Of The Order Is Reached Or Until The Estimated Quantities Are Reached, Whichever Event Occurs Earlier. The Delivery Of The Fuel Will Be Carried Out In The Sales Outlets Of The Seller, Located In The Territory Of The City Of Sofia, The Main Road Arteries, Highways And Major Cities In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
