Specifically, The Object Of This Tender Is The Awarding Of The Routes That Were Abandoned In The Contracting Procedure Approved By The Plenary Of The Regional Council Of Lalt Penedès On February 19, 2026 And Declared As Such By The Governing Board Agreement Of July 30, 2026, The Processing Of A New Procedure Being Necessary To Guarantee The Provision Of The Service.
