Contracting Of The Works Of The Project To Renew The Potable Water Network In High. Development And Update Of The 3Rd Phase West Sector Section.The Contractor Company Will Be Obliged To Guarantee The Correct Environmental Management Of The Contract, Supervise Its Execution With The Utmost Respect For The Environment And Establish Measures To Prevent Environmental Risks. The Contractor Will Also Adopt All The Necessary Measures To Avoid Chemical Or Physical Pollution Of Nature Or Urban And Suburban Areas That Could Be Derived From Materials, Substances, Products Or Machinery Used In The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect, Recycle Or Reuse, At His Charge, The Used Packaging, Packaging And Assembly Materials And All Other Types Of Waste Produced As A Consequence Of The Execution Of The Contract.
