The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Any Amount Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Ułęż Commune And From Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Ułęż Commune Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Conducting Educational, Social, Cultural And Administrative Activities, As Well As The Collection And Management Of Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Run By The Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok. Municipal Waste Collection Will Be Divided Into: A. Separately Collected Municipal Waste, Including: A.1 Paper, Cardboard (Waste Paper), Including Packaging Waste Made Of Paper And Cardboard - Collected In A Blue Bag; According To Schedule.A.2 Metals And Plastics, Including Metal And Plastic Packaging Waste, Multi-Material Packaging Collected In A Yellow Bag; Received According To Schedule.A.3 Glass, Collected In A Green Bag; Received According To Schedule.A.4 Biodegradable Waste, Collected In A Brown Bag, Collected According To Schedule.A.5 Ash From Home Fireplaces, Collected In A Black Bag, Collected According To Schedule. The Ordering Party Requires That, For The Duration Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Allows Property Owners To Be Equipped With Bags And Containers For Multi-Family Buildings And Uninhabited Properties Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz For Municipal Waste With Capacities And Properties Specified In The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Ułęż Commune.
