The objectives for this tender process are to: · Identify a qualified supplier who will provide high standards in medical assessment services, adapted to MAGs operating environment. · Appoint a supplier who will provide excellent value for money and efficient and reliable services. · Ensure that MAG meets organisational duty of care obligations by confirming fitness for role, identifying any health or wellbeing risks, and highlighting reasonable adjustments where needed. · Ensure that our staff are able to perform in their role, and that working with MAG in a challenging environment will not be detrimental to their physical and psychological health. The criteria by which this tender will be evaluated are detailed within the tender pack. Eligibility requirements · Bidders must be legally registered entities with demonstrated experience in delivering medical assessments (physical medical check and psychological resilience) in challenging or low-resource environments. Experience with INGOs or geographically dispersed organisations is considered · Consistent application of assessment criteria, evidence-based fitness decisions, and auditable processes for approvals and certifications. · Availability of in-person assessments and through established network, including coverage in MAG priority countries. · Delivery of services and documentation in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
